Adam McKay says his camera crew photo in \u2018Don\u2019t Look Up\u2019 is actually supposed to be there<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Adam Mckay\u2019s End Times Satire Do not seek<\/em> released earlier this month, and while the film\u2019s muscular approach makes its ideas hard to miss, there is a moment in the film that might have gone unnoticed if you hadn\u2019t paid enough attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A TikTok has been around lately that signals a brief moment at the film\u2019s hour and 28 minute mark, in which you can see the film crew \u2013 and MacKay himself \u2013 in the background. of a scene taking place in an alleyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Accidents like this have happened on big budget sets before \u2013 Game of thrones<\/em> famous photos of coffee cups and water bottles in season eight \u2013 but that\u2019s not a single plastic water bottle, and that would be a pretty glaring mistake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The creator of TikTok calls the scene \u2018oopsy\u2019, although honestly, the fact that \u2018oopsy\u2019 seems a little too obvious \u2013 how often does an entire crew, director included, have to stand up straight? in the line of a plan? \u2013 be anything but intentional in a film that cost $ 75 million to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

McKay confirmed this on Twitter yesterday, responding to an article about the shooting and calling it a deliberate choice to \u201ccommemorate the strange experience of filming.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While that sort of thing would normally make McKay look like he\u2019s covering his ass after the fact, he\u2019s quite likely to be telling the truth. Or maybe someone did indeed make a big oopsy! It would definitely be more fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
